(1) The electrolyte level should always be kept between max and min, and should be checked once a month, and distilled water (pure water) should be properly supplemented according to the drop of the level, and acid should not be added.
(2) When the battery voltage is insufficient, the light is dim, and the starting is weak, it should be charged outside the vehicle in time.
(3) To prevent the battery from overcharging or long-term power loss, overcharging will make the active material fall off, and the power loss will make the electrode plate vulcanized. It is necessary to ensure that the voltage of the regulator cannot be too high or too low.
(4) During use, always check whether the exhaust hole is unblocked to prevent the battery from deformation or bursting.
(5) The battery should be kept away from heat sources and open flames, and should be kept ventilated during charging and use to prevent burning and hurting people.
(6) To prevent the battery from discharging with large current for a long time, the starting time for each use shall not be more than 5 seconds, and the starting time for two consecutive starts shall be 10-15 seconds.
(7) The battery shall be firmly installed on the vehicle to reduce vibration.
(8) Frequently check whether the connecting wire of the battery is firm, and all movable joints must be kept in good contact to prevent sparks from causing battery explosion. The oxide and sulfate produced by the battery clip must be scraped off and coated with Vaseline to prevent further corrosion.
(9) The dust, dirt and spilled electrolyte on the battery cover shall be removed frequently to keep it clean and dry to prevent self-discharge.
(10) The crack of sealing adhesive shall be repaired in time.
(11) When the car is driving in cold areas, it is necessary to avoid the complete discharge of the battery to prevent the electrolyte from freezing.
