Shanyo is a dome sheet array manufacturer based in Qingdao, producing custom dome arrays and button arrays since 2004. Every array is assembled with in-house tooling and verified under ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and IATF 16949.

What a dome sheet array is

A dome sheet array places multiple tactile metal domes on a carrier film in a fixed layout, giving a ready-to-mount keypad matrix. It removes the need to place individual domes by hand and keeps dome positions accurate.

Custom array layouts

We build single- and multi-key arrays in custom pitches and shapes for wearables, remote controls and handheld devices. Share your key map and circuit layout and we will tool and sample to it.
