Precision Stamping & Tooling

Our in-house tool room designs and builds progressive stamping dies for metal dome production. With 40+ stamping presses ranging from 25T to 200T, we process SUS301, SUS304, SUS316L and copper alloys from 0.05mm to 0.3mm thickness. Our die-sinking EDM, wire EDM and surface grinding equipment achieve die tolerances within ±0.002mm, ensuring consistent dome height and tactile life.

Die-Cut & Converting Equipment

Our die-cut department processes foam, tape, PET, PI, EMI shielding materials and adhesive films using rotary die-cutters, flat-bed die-cutters and laser cutting systems. Tight-tolerance die-cut parts support our die-cut component product line, with registration accuracy of ±0.05mm across multi-layer laminations.

Automated Assembly & Vision Inspection

Our dome array assembly lines use vision-guided pick-and-place robots that position metal domes onto PET or FPC substrates at 1,200 units per hour with ±0.05mm placement accuracy. Each line is equipped with automated optical inspection (AOI) for dome presence, polarity and adhesive bond quality. This automation ensures the consistent dome sheet array quality that our global customers rely on.

Testing & Quality Laboratory

Our in-house test laboratory validates every production lot. Tactile force testers measure actuation force and travel with 0.1g resolution. Life cycle testers run up to 10 million actuations to verify long-term reliability. Salt spray chambers test plating adhesion for up to 960 hours. Thermal shock chambers verify performance from -40°C to 125°C for automotive-grade metal dome products.

Cleanroom & Environmental Control

Our Class 100,000 cleanroom (1,200m²) houses the most sensitive assembly operations for medical-grade dome arrays and membrane switch panels. Temperature and humidity are controlled at 23±1°C and 45±10% RH. ESD-protected flooring, grounded workstations and ionized air guns ensure particulate and electrostatic control for medical and automotive customers.
