What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard catalog metal domes, MOQ is typically 5,000–10,000 pcs. For custom dome arrays, MOQ is 500–1,000 pcs for non-tooled layouts. We also support small-batch prototype orders (100–500 pcs) with a setup fee. Contact us with your volume and we'll advise.
How fast can I get samples?
Standard catalog domes: 1–3 working days. Custom dome arrays using existing tooling: 5–7 working days. Brand-new tooling: 10–15 working days. Sample shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3–5 days internationally.
Do you provide material certificates and test reports?
Yes. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformity (COC). Mill Test Reports (MTR) for stainless steel material, plating thickness reports, and life test reports are available on request. For automotive customers, we provide full PPAP documentation and IMDS submissions.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For established customers, we consider L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. PayPal and Western Union accepted for small sample orders.
Can you visit our factory in Qingdao?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits from serious buyers. Our facility is a 2-hour drive from Qingdao Liuting International Airport (TAO). We can arrange airport pickup and hotel accommodation. Please schedule at least 3 business days in advance so our engineering and production teams can prepare.
