Qingdao Shanyo Precision Electronics Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of metal dome switches and integrated keypad solutions, headquartered on China's east coast. Since our founding in 2004, we have grown from a small precision stamping workshop into a modern manufacturing enterprise spanning over 3,500 m², with more than 160 employees and a dedicated professional engineering team. Today, we serve the most demanding industries - automotive, medical, consumer electronics, industrial control, telecommunications and home appliances - earning the trust of global brands including Tesla, Samsung, Dyson, Haier, Hisense, Goertek and Motorola. What truly sets Shanyo apart is our commitment to full vertical integration. Our engineering team designs and produces every component in-house: from progressive stamping dies and custom tooling, through precision metal domes and snap domes, to fully assembled dome sheet arrays, FPC-plus-dome modules, membrane switch panels, and complete remote-control keypads. Our dedicated mold department develops all product molds and jigs internally, and we hold multiple patents in metal dome design and stamping technology. This vertical integration translates directly into customer benefits: tighter quality control, faster prototyping (often in days), and more competitive pricing. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949, and we support both OEM and ODM programs - from small-batch rapid prototyping to high-volume production. Our 5,000 m² facility houses 12 high-speed progressive stamping presses, 8 automated dome assembly lines, 6 membrane switch lines and 4 FPC lines. A dedicated 800 m² Class 100,000 clean room supports medical and automotive-grade production.

Quality Is Not a Department - It Is Every Step
Our QC process spans incoming material inspection (SUS301 coil thickness, hardness and surface finish), in-process CPK monitoring at every reel, and outgoing full inspection including contact resistance, salt spray and life-cycle sampling.

Test Laboratory
Force-displacement testers, 96-hour salt spray chambers, 5-million-cycle life testers, temperature-humidity chambers (-40°C to +85°C), 3D measuring machines and cross-section microscopes - all in-house.
