Standard build: SUS301 half-hard stainless steel, square with rounded corners, 6 / 8 / 10mm side length, nickel-plated surface, actuation force 1.6N (±0.3N), travel 0.25mm, tactile ratio ≥30%, lifetime 1,000,000 cycles. Custom options: SUS304 or beryllium copper, 4-12mm sizes, tin or gold plating, 0.8-3.5N force range tuned for thumb operation, 15-60% tactile ratio, up to 5M cycle endurance, pre-mounted on flex.
