The automated assembly workshop mainly utilizes automated machines for the assembly and processing of shrapnel. At present, there are 15 automatic fragment assembly machines, 9 conductivity testing machines, 6 CCD testing machines, and 2 X-RAY testing machines.
The main process of production:
1. Use a fragment array machine to load the sorted fragments detected by the fragment department into the tube.
2. Place each tube of shrapnel into the corresponding conductivity testing machine for assembly of the shrapnel.
3. Hand stick some adhesive and film products.
4. Use an X-Ray testing machine to inspect the presence of multiple or missing fragments on the finished product to ensure its performance. 5. CCD detection for misalignment.
