Product Introduction:
Shanyo designs and manufactures air-key metal dome layers for low-profile chiclet, scissor-switch and membrane keyboards, remote controls, laptops and slim keypad products. The stainless-steel domes are pre-located on a thin PET carrier, sitting beneath the keycap to deliver a crisp click, short travel and consistent key feel across the whole keyboard.
Standard build: SUS301 half-hard circular 4/5/6mm domes on 0.175mm PET, actuation force 1.6N (±0.2N, 0.8-3.5N custom), travel 0.25mm (0.15-0.4mm), tactile ratio ≥40% (20-60%), lifetime 5,000,000 cycles (up to 10M), total stack ≤0.5mm. Custom options: SUS304 / beryllium copper, square/oval domes, gold or silver plating, PI/polycarbonate carrier, and FPC pre-lamination on request.
