With self-owned mold workshop and micron-level stamping equipment, we shortened sample iteration cycles significantly, realized real-time quality inspection in every production link, and delivered stable batch consistency for all customized dome structures. The whole in-house manufacturing system greatly improved supply chain autonomy, effectively solving pain points including unstable outsourcing quality, slow revision feedback and uncontrollable delivery schedules.
