Lithium ion battery conductive coating coated with carbon aluminum foil:
The surface treatment of battery conductive substrate by functional coating is a breakthrough technological innovation. Carbon-coated aluminum foil/copper foil is to evenly and finely coat the dispersed nano-conductive graphite and carbon coated particles on the aluminum foil/copper foil. It can provide excellent static conductivity and collect the micro-current of active substances, which can greatly reduce the contact resistance between the positive/negative materials and the current collector, and improve the adhesion between the two, reduce the amount of adhesive used, and thus significantly improve the integrity of the battery.

Lead acid battery
Lead acid battery (Sealed) voltage: 2V, service life: 200~300 times, discharge temperature: 0~45 degrees, charging temperature: 0~45 degrees Remarks: It is a general vehicle battery (it is connected in series with 6 2V to 12V), the service life of the water-free battery is up to 10 years, but the volume and weight are the largest.
Model (Chinese standard): take model 6-QAW-54a as an example:
(1) 6 means it is composed of 6 single-cell batteries, each of which is 2V, that is, the rated voltage is 12V.
(2) Q refers to the purpose of the battery, and Q refers to the battery for automobile starting. M is the battery for motorcycles, JC is the battery for ships, HK is the battery for aviation, D is the battery for electric vehicles, and F is the valve regulated battery.
(3) A and W represent the type of battery, A represents the dry-loaded battery, W represents the maintenance-free battery, and if not marked, it represents the ordinary battery.
(4) 54 means the rated capacity of the battery is 54Ah.
(5) The corner mark a indicates the first improvement of the original product. If it is b, it indicates the second improvement, and so on.
