What Are High-Temperature Resistant Die-Cut Products
These are custom-shaped gaskets, insulators, heat shields, EMI shielding pads and sealing parts die-cut from materials that do not melt, shrink or outgas at the elevated temperatures found in engine bays, battery packs, LED drivers, kitchen appliances and power electronics. Common materials include polyimide (PI/Kapton), mica, silicone rubber, fiberglass, PEEK and high-temperature acrylic adhesive.
Shanyo cuts them to your exact 2D drawing, with or without pressure-sensitive adhesive, on release liner or in carrier tape, ready to peel-and-stick into your assembly.

Q: What temperature can these die-cut parts actually withstand?
A: PI/Kapton film is rated to 260°C continuous; mica and fiberglass up to 300°C. Silicone rubber works to 200-250°C. We will match the material to your actual operating temperature.
Q: Can you cut to my exact drawing?
A: Yes. Send us a 2D drawing (DXF/PDF/STEP) with dimensions and tolerances; we make the steel rule die in-house and cut to ±0.1 mm.
Q: Is adhesive pre-applied?
A: Standard is high-temperature acrylic PSA on one side, on release liner. We can also supply silicone adhesive or no-adhesive parts.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
